Consultation: The Den is dedicated to helping each client achieve their hair care goals. For first time clients, we offer a complimentary consultation to determine the stylist that would best fit the client’s needs. Based on the conversation, the desired service would therefore be performed following the consultation.
Scheduling: Although appointments are recommended, they are not always necessary. If availability permits, we are happy to accommodate walk-in clients.
Late Arrivals: Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. In all fairness to others, we ask you to give us a call at least 30 minute notice of your expected tardiness. If you are not able to make your appointment time and will be more than 30 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations: Your appointment at The Den Salon is scheduled specifically for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment a 24 hour notice is requested. All services rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will require a 50% deposit of the service.
