Jesus Ramirez, 24 years old and chino hills local. I’ve been cutting hair for about 5 years now and it’s a craft where I get satisfaction by seeing how a client gets excited when he sees his reflection in the mirror. I’m a first generation barber in my family, I never saw myself being a barber when I was younger I just fell into the trade by hanging out with my friends who were already barbers. Once I picked up a pair of clippers I grew love for the trade and ever since then I’ve been pursuing it and always kept an open mind when it came to learning new techniques and using new equipment. It’s always more than just a haircut, it’s about building a relationship with the client... quality or quantity is what I was taught when I started and it’s one motto I will stick too in the barber industry.
